Welcome to The Workout Group! Our goal for this community is to create a positive and safe environment for you to run your best. Led by a team of RRCA-certified running coaches, The Workout Group meets on Tuesday and Thursday mornings and evenings from August through May. Our Tuesday workouts include a variety of higher intensity intervals for building leg speed, while Thursday's workouts include stamina building sessions.
