By accessing or using Intervals ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Intervals is a platform that aggregates and displays information about running events, races, and related activities. The Service is provided for informational and personal use only.

The Service and its original content, features, functionality, and design are owned by Intervals and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes, but is not limited to:

• The Intervals name, logo, track mark, and all related branding
• Website design, layout, and user interface
• Software, code, and underlying technology
• Compilation and organization of event data
• Original text, graphics, and other content we create

"Intervals," the Intervals logo, the track mark, and all related names, logos, icons, and designs (collectively, the "Intervals Marks") are trademarks of Intervals. All rights are reserved.

Except as expressly permitted below, you may not use the Intervals Marks without our prior written permission.

Intervals grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use certain Intervals Marks solely for the purposes described below, provided that such use complies with our brand guidelines.

For purposes of this policy, "promotional use" means any use of the Intervals Marks intended to advertise, market, endorse, or drive commercial benefit for any person or entity other than Intervals, including your own products, services, or content.

Permitted without prior written permission:

• Editorial use: News articles, reviews, blog posts, podcasts, or commentary discussing Intervals, where use of the mark is for identification only.
• Educational content: Tutorials, guides, or presentations referencing Intervals in a factual, non-promotional manner.
• Social media: Referencing Intervals to discuss or share content, provided there is no implication of endorsement or affiliation.
• Linking: Use of the unmodified Intervals logo solely to link to intervals.run.

All permitted uses must:

• Be accurate, factual, and non-promotional
• Include clear attribution to Intervals
• Not imply partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement
• Not alter, animate, or modify the Intervals Marks
• Not use the Intervals Marks more prominently than your own branding

Requires prior written permission:

• Promotional or commercial use: Advertising, marketing, sponsorships, paid or incentivized content, or merchandise.
• Branding use: Use in product names, logos, app icons, domains, subdomains, or social media handles.
• Modified use: Any alteration, animation, stylization, or derivative of the Intervals Marks.
• Prominent placement: Use of the Intervals Marks as a primary or dominant visual element.
• Endorsement implication: Any use that could reasonably suggest Intervals' approval, sponsorship, or affiliation.

Protection of the Marks:

You may not use the Intervals Marks in any manner that:

• Is confusingly similar to Intervals' branding or track mark
• Dilutes, tarnishes, or harms the goodwill associated with Intervals
• Misrepresents your relationship with Intervals

Reservation of Rights:

Intervals may revoke this license at any time and may require removal of the Intervals Marks at its discretion. Failure to enforce this policy in any instance does not constitute a waiver of our rights.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the Service
• Use any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering methods
• Download, store, or redistribute content except as expressly permitted
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service by automated means
• Reproduce, redistribute, or publicly display our content without permission
• Build a competing product or service using our data
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Circumvent any access controls or security measures
• Use the Service to transmit harmful code or engage in illegal activity
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

Event information displayed on Intervals is sourced from publicly available information and third-party services such as RunSignup. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any events listed on this platform.

While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of event details including dates, locations, distances, pricing, or availability. We are not responsible for event changes, cancellations, or discrepancies. Always verify information directly with official event organizers.

Event names, logos, and trademarks displayed on the Service belong to their respective owners. Their use is purely descriptive and for identification purposes. Intervals claims no ownership or affiliation with third-party trademarks.

Intervals may earn commissions when you register for events through links on our platform. These relationships do not influence our listings. Registration links may contain tracking parameters for referral fees at no additional cost to you.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of external sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF INFORMATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTERVALS AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. THIS INCLUDES DAMAGES RELATED TO EVENT CANCELLATIONS, REGISTRATION ISSUES, TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS, LOST PROFITS, OR DATA LOSS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS, IF ANY.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intervals and its operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by other means. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Intervals regarding the Service.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
