Usage

Do's

Brand Name

Always refer to us as Intervals. Avoid variations like "Intervals Run" or "Intervals App".

Clear Space

Maintain clear space around the logo equal to the height of the track stroke to ensure proper visual breathing room.

Don't

  • Stretch or distort the logo
  • Add effects like shadows or gradients
  • Use colors other than black/white
  • Rotate the logo
  • Add elements inside the track

License

By downloading or using these assets, you agree to a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. Promotional use (advertising, marketing, or driving commercial benefit) always requires permission.

Permitted without prior written permission

  • Editorial: News, reviews, blog posts, podcasts (for identification only)
  • Educational: Tutorials, guides, presentations (factual, non-promotional)
  • Social media: Discussing or sharing (no endorsement implication)
  • Linking: Unmodified logo to link to intervals.run

All permitted uses must:

  • Be accurate, factual, and non-promotional
  • Include clear attribution to Intervals
  • Not imply partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement
  • Not alter, animate, or modify the Intervals Marks
  • Not use the Marks more prominently than your own branding

Requires prior written permission

  • Promotional/commercial: Advertising, marketing, sponsorships, paid content, merchandise
  • Branding use: Product names, logos, app icons, domains, social handles
  • Modified use: Any alteration, animation, stylization, or derivative
  • Prominent placement: As a primary or dominant visual element
  • Endorsement: Any suggestion of Intervals' approval or affiliation

Protection of the Marks

You may not use the Intervals Marks in any manner that:

  • Is confusingly similar to Intervals' branding or track mark
  • Dilutes, tarnishes, or harms the goodwill associated with Intervals
  • Misrepresents your relationship with Intervals

Full terms in our Terms of Service. Intervals may revoke this license at any time and may require removal of the Marks at its discretion. Failure to enforce this policy does not constitute a waiver of our rights.
