Helping to Heal! The 13th Annual Spirit of the Valley Run, Walk 'N Roll 1K and 5K timed races are set for Saturday September 13, 2025. Runners, walkers and rollers are all welcome for a great morning of competition, fun, food, and rock ‘n roll. The race will benefit two local organizations - the VA Recreational Therapy Program on the Western Slope and Hilltop's Latimer House. The race starts and ends at St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church, at the corner of 27 ½ Rd. and Cortland Ave., followed by live rock ‘n roll music.
