Brain Freezer 5K

The Brain Freezer 5K returns for its second year, offering a unique twist on the traditional road race. Participants tackle half of the 5K distance before stopping to consume a full pint of Vermont-made ice cream, then racing to the finish line. For those who prefer a more relaxed experience, fun runners are welcome to participate without the ice cream challenge. The course follows a scenic bike path along the shores of Lake Champlain, running between North Beach and Waterfront Park. With prizes for the best costumes and a charitable mission supporting People Helping People Global, this event promises a memorable and spirited day for all.
