Featuring a 4.5-mile run and a 2-mile walk/run. The courses are flat and take place in town, with the 4.5-mile route venturing out/back on a country road. There will be a water stop on the 4.5-mile route that will be passed twice. We encourage participants to dress in red, white and blue! Delicious post-race food and beverages will be served. This year's menu: spaghetti, marina sauce, meat sauce, rolls, salad and - of course - the famous GOOD COOKIES! CHECK-IN and SAME DAY REGISTRATION is 6:00am-7:15am.
