What: A coach-led 12 week training program designed for those running the half marathon distance. Who: Anyone that can comfortably run a 5K can join this training program. Whether you're seeking a fresh PR in this distance, looking to run it for the first time, or simply looking for other runners to share some miles with, this program is for you.
