Welcome to the SUNDAY SPRING 2026 season (6 meeting days only) We are excited to welcome you to the Fit 5 Family! Fit 5 Runners is a program founded and run by certified educators who are also USATF-level track coaches. This is a professionally run program and not volunteer-based.
