Calling all runners, walkers, amblers, and wanderers to the woods and fields of Almont’s beautiful Camp Skyline . Skyline boasts 200 acres, including the highest point in Lapeer County. Welcome to the second annual Campfire 5K ! The 5k race starts at 9 a.m, with the 1 mile race starting shortly after at 9:10 a.m.. Packet pickup/Registration begins at 8:15 a.m. The Routes Both the 1 mile and 5k courses will include wooded trails, fields, and a private dirt road. No public roads are in use as part of the event.
