This is an elimination-style race where runners complete .86-mile laps every 12 minutes; those who fail to finish a lap within the time limit are eliminated.

What happens if the race is still going at 4pm?

If the race is still ongoing at the 180-minute mark, a final race-off lap will be held to determine the top male and female finishers.

This aggressive format continues until only one runner remains or the 180-minute time limit is reached, potentially leading to a half-marathon distance for top competitors. The event concludes with a final race-off to determine the top male and female finishers, who will be awarded embroidered robes. With a strict limit of 25 participants, this race offers a unique and highly competitive experience for elite athletes.
