Strollers are welcome for the 5K and 1K distances, but please be aware the course includes hilly, multi-surface terrain.

Can I pick up a bib for a friend or family member?

Yes, you may pick up materials for others if you provide a copy of their ID, such as a photo on your phone.

Are dogs allowed to participate?

No, dogs are not permitted on the course.

What happens if I fall behind the 15-minute mile pace?

Course support, including aid stations and road closures, will cease, and you may be asked to move to the sidewalk and obey regular traffic laws.
