The Sirens and Sneakers 5K invites runners to experience the scenic beauty of Long Valley, New Jersey, while supporting local volunteer first responders. Hosted at the historic and active Ort Farms, the course offers a unique challenge across mixed terrain, including loose dirt, gravel, grass, and paved sections.
