FIRE CHIEF DARIN J. SABINE Newington Fire Chief Darin Sabine was born on August 4, 1984 in Newington, NH and his last alarm was on September 7, 2019 after a 2-year battle with colon cancer. Chief Sabine was diagnosed in early 2017 with Stage 4 colon cancer. He had spent much of his short time here on earth either with family or at the fire station. He was dedicated to his family and brotherhood. He fought hard to spend as much time as he could with his wife and 2 little girls.
