Celebrate the 25th anniversary of Rube's Run, a community-focused 5k run and walk held in Prospect. This historic event honors baseball hall-of-famer Rube Waddell, with the course passing directly by his boyhood home. Participants can enjoy a post-race meal of hotdogs and drinks while results are tabulated. The event also features a free Kids Race following the main 5k. For those unable to attend in person, a virtual race option allows you to complete your 3.1 miles anywhere. All proceeds from the race directly support the Prospect Area Preservation Society.
