Red Shoe Run: Rockin’ 5K brings music, movement, and community to downtown Birmingham for a high-energy morning that helps families stay close to their child’s medical care. Every registration helps provide a place to rest, warm meals, and comfort for families staying at Ronald McDonald House Alabama. Run the 5K, take a stroll in the 1 Mile Fun Run, or support from your pillow as a Snoozer. However you join in, you’re helping families be there when their child needs them most. The fun doesn’t stop at the finish line. Stick around for a DJ, awards, and a celebration of what we can make possible together. Lace up. Show up. Make Family Stays possible.
