Perpetual Motion

Experience the Perpetual Motion endurance challenge, a unique event held on a scenic, closed 800-meter paved loop along the shores of Lake Grapevine. Runners can test their limits in 6, 12, or 24-hour formats, with the added twist of changing direction every four hours to keep the course fresh. The race offers a supportive atmosphere with extensive aid stations serving everything from sweet and salty snacks to hot soups and drinks during the night. Participants can enjoy the convenience of on-site camping and parking right on the loop. As a special bonus, runners get a front-row view of the festive Twinkle Light Boat Parade during the event. Whether you are chasing a 50-mile coin or a 100-mile buckle, this event provides a well-supported environment for ultra-distance success.
