The One Epic Run returns to the historic grounds of Croft State Park, offering a nostalgic and rugged trail experience. Runners will navigate the classic 5k loop that traverses the park's Southside, set within a former World War II army training base. This unique event embraces a community-focused spirit, featuring a potluck-style aid station where participants are encouraged to bring a dish to share. The race is self-timed, and runners track their progress by placing a rock in a cup for every lap completed. With over 7,000 acres of wooded terrain and the scenic Lake Craig nearby, the park provides a beautiful backdrop for this challenging and grassroots event. Please note that this is a cup-less race, so remember to bring your own hydration vessel.
