Join us on November 1st for NAMI Rockland’s 5K annual Run / Walk for Wellness to raise money for local programs and services that promote mental health awareness and end the stigma. Runners and Walkers will participate in the 5K starting at 9 AM. This race will be held rain or shine. There is a $30 registration fee for both runners and walkers. Race Day registration is $35. Plan to arrive before 8 AM to avoid paying the parking fee. Sponsorship packages are available for corporations, large groups or individuals.
