The Frosty Looper is the ultimate end-of-year ultra party, hosted at the scenic Cooper River Park in Pennsauken, NJ. Runners will tackle a fast, flat 3.75-mile loop that is almost entirely paved, featuring a unique 100-meter rubber track section.
