Children’s Miracle Network Dash and Bash 5K

The Children’s Miracle Network Dash & Bash is a meaningful 5K event held on the University of Florida campus to support pediatric trauma services at UF Health. Runners will navigate a course that is not entirely flat, featuring various uphill and downhill sections that provide a unique challenge. The route takes participants past the UF Health Shands Children’s Hospital, creating a powerful connection to the cause. Along the way, community partners and cheer zones will keep spirits high. Following the race, the event transitions into a celebratory "bash" featuring entertainment, activities, and community safety partners in honor of National Trauma Awareness Month.
