CASA Superhero 5K and Kids 1 Mile

Saturday, November 7, 2026Lynchburg, VA1 Miles – 5K

Suit up and swing into action at the 12th Annual CASA Superhero Run, a high-energy, family-friendly event held at the scenic Percival’s Island Trail in Lynchburg. Inspired by the web-slinging hero, this race invites participants to unleash their inner superhero while supporting CASA’s mission to advocate for children in foster care. The event features a professionally timed 5K run, a non-competitive 5K walk, and a 1-mile fun run for kids, all set along the beautiful James River. Runners and walkers are encouraged to embrace the theme with creative costumes for the crowd-favorite costume contest. Whether you are chasing a personal record or participating as a 'Couch Crusader' from home, every registration helps recruit and train vital volunteer advocates. Join the community for a day of heroic spirit, finisher medals, and family fun.
