Experience a unique tribute to service at the 11th Annual 4Star 4Mile Race in Detroit's historic Corktown neighborhood. This one-of-a-kind event runs concurrently with the Annual Detroit Veterans Day Parade, allowing participants to race alongside marching bands, veterans, and Medal of Honor recipients. The course takes runners past iconic local landmarks including “The Corner” and the newly renovated Michigan Central Station before looping through Mexicantown. Whether you are a competitive runner or participating in the new Ruck Division, this race offers a powerful atmosphere of community and gratitude. Participants are encouraged to wear red, white, and blue to show their pride. It is a heartfelt, festive way to honor those who have served while enjoying the energy of one of the country's most distinctive parade-side running experiences.
