Celebrate the 25th annual Randall's Run/Walk for the Gym 5K while honoring the race director's 90th birthday in Sanford and Springvale. Experience a fast out-and-back course that starts at Nasson Common near the library, heads up Main Street to Heidi St, and returns to the Nasson Community Center. Participants can enjoy specialized age-group awards and support from the New England 65+ Runners Club. The event features a free kids fun run for ages 9 and under in the parking lot before the main race. Join this historic milestone event with timing provided by Split-Time Race Management.
