The 2026 Unified 5k and AdaptXpo is an inclusive road race and adaptive sports expo dedicated to fostering accessibility in fitness. This event welcomes all participants, whether you choose to run, walk, row, or roll, creating a space where athletes with and without disabilities compete side-by-side. By participating, you help raise critical funds for AdaptX’s education, research, and community grant initiatives. The event challenges traditional perceptions of sport and emphasizes that fitness is most meaningful when everyone has a place at the starting line. You can also join the movement from anywhere by participating in the virtual Unified 5k, which offers flexible distances including 5k and 1-mile options.
