The Hell Hole Gator Run is the oldest 10K race in the South Carolina Low Country. This is the 50th year for Hell Hole Gator Trot. The Gator Run is now a 10K & 5K starting and finishing in Jamestown, SC. The 10K course is back to the old route of start on French Santee Rd then turn right onto Simmons Rd then right onto Tiger Corner Rd then right onto Hwy 41 to the finish line. The 5K has a new route that will start on the corner of Simmons Rd & Tiger Corner Rd you will make a right onto Hwy 41 to the finish line.
