Celebrate Thanksgiving with the 10th Annual MoTown Turkey Trot, the largest and most popular running event in the Montgomery Township area. This unique race features the rare opportunity to run on the closed US 202 Parkway. The event offers a variety of distances, including an 8K, 5K, 2-mile walk, and a 1/2-mile kids' fun run. Participants can enjoy a festive after-party at the Kiddie Academy, complete with hot chocolate, snacks, bounce houses, and an awards ceremony. Benefiting the Fire Department of Montgomery Township, this community-focused event is known to sell out quickly, so early registration is highly encouraged.
